About me and my practice

I work with an integrated model of counselling, using Person- Centred, Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Transactional Analysis, Solution Focus Therapy, Psychodynamic, Humanistic and Gestalt methods of counselling. I am also a qualified and experienced relationship/couples counsellor for individuals, couples, children and families. I have a level 4 certificate and level 6 diploma in counselling supervision
I provide a safe, confidential, non-judgemental environment to explore any issues you may have. I am based at a private, comfortable therapy centre in Warrington Cheshire and offer daytime and evening sessions either via face to face, telephone or on-line to meet your individual needs.
I support counsellors both qualified and trainees as supervisor on their professional journeys to become skilled and compassionate practitioners.

My fees start at £40 per session for individual clients with reduced rates for counselling students.
